We have been providing achievement certificates to the Martial Arts for a number of years now, and have proved to be very successful at complimenting most clubs/schools training programme.

People within the Martial Arts have realised for some considerable time the importance of awarding certificates as an incentive to perform; plus a certificate programme has the additional benefit of the individual wanting to retain their membership longer.

People have different opinions as to what constitutes a successful club. Success for some is measured by the fact that most coaches can earn a reasonable living teaching something that they enjoy and hope that their most successful students some day will go on to better things and share the journey of self discovery with them. If you are unsure, you could give it a trial period, even if it's only a small commitment to see how things work out. And if for any reason you decide not to commit to the scheme, what have you got to loose; the students have already paid for the certificates and are unlikely to take them down from their pride of place on the bedroom wall.
