Returns Policy
1. What is your returns policy?
We hope that you will be satisfied with the Certificates you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a good condition within 7 days of the date of Delivery. Certificates4U will only replace Certificates where there is an identified error, on our part, in the production of a Certificate.
2. How do I return an item?
You may send us a photo of the faulty certificate or return the items to us, where possible, please place your returned certificates in their original packaging, resealed and correctly addressed.
3. How long will my refund take to be processed?
If you would like to return an item, we will replace it within 7 days of the day that we receive them. Faulty products returned by you will be replaced in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item.
